User Experience Design Consulting
User experience is not about how a product works on the inside. It is about how it works on the outside, where a person comes into contact with it and has to work with it"

Usability Evaluation
We conduct rapid usability audits, face-to-face usability testing, and remote usability testing to identify usability issues. We use these data to make specific design recommendations for immediate as well as long-term usability improvements.
Usability accounts for methods and principles applied to interaction design to make "User Computer (Digital Systems or Devices) Interactions". More :
- Efficient
- Easier
- Intuitive
- Consistent
- Learnable
- Explorable
- Readable
- Traceable

Usability Evaluation suggests the necessary changes in User Interface Design and Content Structuring. Usability suggests how to change design to serve your users better.
Pre-design Evaluation
- User Study : User Studies are carried out either by Interviews or by Observing Users. The study identifies:
- Users' Needs
- In case of a redesign, existing Interaction Patterns
- Users' Expectations
- Likes/Dislikes
- Pre Design Methods include :
- Heuristics : Heuristics are ten general principles for User Interface Design. They are not usability guidelines but rules of thumb.
- Interviews : To get a user's perspective on the website, a set (appropriate mix of the target audience) of users are interviewed.
- Task Analysis : The best way to perform a task, with minimum effort and confusion.
Usability Testing during the testing phase
- Testing paper prototypes to test design concepts by way of interviews, online or offline.
- Low fidelity prototypes in the form of interactive wireframes.
Post Design Evaluation
Thinking Aloud'. In this method, user is given a task to perform on the website and is closely observed while performing this task. This is done to understand what are the functional problems a user experiences and also give an understanding of how the site differs from user's expectations.
